PU Prepolymers
The reactive backbone of every cast-PU system. Our prepolymers deliver consistent NCO content and controlled reactivity for predictable pot life, cure, and mechanical performance across rollers, wheels, bushes and wear parts. MOCA HR
A high-performance aromatic diamine curative that chain-extends prepolymers to build the tough, resilient networks cast-PU parts depend on. Carefully conditioned for clean melt behaviour and reliable cure, giving excellent abrasion resistance, load-bearing capacity and dynamic durability.

Product 03
Bonding Agents (Chemitac 10 / Chemloc 218)
Primer and adhesive systems engineered to bond cast polyurethane to metal and rubber substrates. Applied to prepared cores before casting, they form a durable chemical bridge so rollers, wheels and lined components withstand high load, impact and continuous service without delamination.

PU Pigment Paste

TMP (Trimethylolpropane)
A trifunctional polyol used as a crosslinker and chain-branching component in polyurethane systems. TMP raises crosslink density to tune hardness, modulus and heat resistance, giving formulators fine control over the final elastomer network.

Product 06
MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone)
